Chief Appraiser Ethics Course

Description:

According to TDLR: Beginning January 1, 2015, all Chief Appraisers must have completed a Chief Appraiser’s Ethics continuing education course in order to renew their Appraiser (RPA) registration. Property tax professionals may review their current continuing education hours and courses at TDLR’s Continuing Education Course Look Up page. The Chief Appraiser Ethics course may also be used to satisfy the ethics continuing education requirement for other property tax professionals who are not chief appraisers.

Laws & Rules Update 2017

Description:

The state-required new laws and rules update changes each legislative session. This update covers the 85th Legislative Session from 2017. It includes a summary of bills passed in the previous legislative session affecting the Property Tax Professionals industry. At the conclusion of this course, participants will be able to summarize legislative changes made this past legislative session and determine which legislative updates impact their local appraisal districts.
