Conference Registration

  • Step 1: Registration Information

    Please be sure to include a current email address for registrant. TAAD will send confirmation of registration by email.
  • Please do not abbreviate; please spell out CAD/organization name.

  • Step 2: Liability Waiver and Signature

    Liability Waiver and Release of Claims (signature required):
  • Attendee assumes all risks and accepts sole responsibility for any injury (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness including COVID-19, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that attendee may experience or incur in connection with attending TAAD's 45th Annual Conference, February 22-25, 2026. Attendee hereby releases, covenants, not to sue, discharges, and holds harmless the Texas Association of Appraisal Districts, Inc. (TAAD) and it's employees, agents and representatives of and from any such claims, including liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto.

  • Step 3: Registration Fees

    Registration fees increase January 23, 2026. See Registration Instructions for more information and for the cancellation deadlines. Must be a 2026 Member District, Affiliate/Associate Member, or participating 2026 Trade Show Vendor or Donor for the discounted rates to apply. Please contact TAAD if you have questions.
  • Tickets to all meal functions are included with a Full Registration. Membership should be current as of February 1, 2026, for member rates to apply.

  • Step 4: Guest Registration

    Guest Registration is for a spouse or relative, not a business associate or staff. Includes all meals/events; does not include CEs. Fee increases January 23, 2026. No refunds.
    No refunds on Guest Registration.

  • Step 5: Extra Tickets

    Tickets to all meal functions are included with a Full Registration & a Guest Registration. Prices listed below are per ticket. No refunds on extra tickets.

  • Step 6: Checkout

    Please review your registration before hitting SUBMIT as some items are non-refundable and/or cancellation fees will apply, including duplicate payments. Cancellation policy listed below. If unsure about registration status, please contact TAAD (512) 467-0402.

    Types of Registration

    Full Registration provides entrance to ALL education sessions and social functions.

    One Day Registration includes CEs; does not include meal functions. For 2026 TAAD Member District, Affiliate/Associate Member and/or 2026 participating Trade Show Exhibitor/Donor ONLY.

    Guest Registration is for a spouse or relative, not a business associate or staff. Includes all meals/events; does not include CEs.

    Payment/Method of Payment

    Full payment must accompany your registration form. If mailing a check or money order, registrations postmarked after the cut-off date will be billed for the difference.

    Cancellation and Refund Policy

    Review “Policies and Procedures” for cancellation penalties. If you have a potential scheduling conflict, please be sure you understand the policy before registering. TAAD will mail all refunds after the conclusion of the conference.

    • Cancel by January 25, 2026: $50 penalty
    • Cancel January 26-February 12, 2026: $100 penalty
    • Cancel February 13, 2026 or later: Total forfeiture of registration
