  • Companies with a fully paid exhibitor contract may reserve a meeting room for further discussion of the services they provide.
  • The cost of a Demo Room is $1,000 per day from 8am until 8pm.
  • Space is limited and will be available on Monday, February 15, 2027, and Tuesday, February 16, 2027.
  • Payment accepted via credit or debit card only.

    PLEASE NOTE: The primary contact will receive all informational emails pertaining to the TAAD conference. One contact per company. It is up to the contact to distribute information within your company.

  • Demo Room Reservation

    Must be reserved by January 22, 2027, to be published in the conference program.
  • $1,000 per day; 8am to 8pm. Non-refundable.

    • Companies participating in demo room rental must also have exhibit space reserved in the hall.
    • Rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. TAAD will make the assignment and share all pertinent information via email to the primary contact listed on the contract submitted.
    • Contracted companies may not sublet, share, or consign their demo room with another company without written consent from TAAD. Requests must be made prior to the start date of conference.
    • A Demo Room may not be used to offer sessions for continuing education.
    • The schedule for Monday (Feb 15) and Tuesday (Feb 16) of the conference. Daily Time Block: 8am – 8pm
    • Included in room rental is a private room, chairs, three tables, and electricity. All other audio-visual equipment, internet, refreshments, etc., will be at the cost of the company reserving the demo space.
    • No outside food and/or beverages are allowed on the premises of the hotel. These items must be ordered from the hotel.
    • Should TAAD discover any of the Demo Rooms rules and regulations have been disregarded, TAAD reserves the right to shut down the demo room with no refund offered to the exhibitor.
    • No on-site changes of room location.
    • No refunds offered on cancelled demo rooms.

    Agreement

    By submitting this Demo Room Contract, the exhibitor agrees to abide by the Rules and Regulations and all amendments thereto, as well as all decisions made by Management.
