2027 Exhibit Prospectus

Please read the following:

  • Please refer to 2027 Exhibitors to see which booths are available. TAAD will update our website as quickly as possible; however, please note a booth could appear available when it is not. 
  • Booths will be assigned on a first come first served basis.
  • Booths 1, 2, 16, 23, 30, 37, 44, 51, 67, 68 are reserved for Diamond & Platinum donors through December 15, 2026 (while they last).
  • Diamond & Platinum Donors – please contact TAAD before reserving space to confirm number of booths and availability.   
  • Early-bird rate is good through December 15, 2026; fee goes up $500 per booth on December 16, 2026. 
  • Bingo for participating exhibitors only.

  • Please contact TAAD if you are interested in reserving more than two booths.

    While every effort will be made to honor your request, TAAD does not guarantee booth placement requests. TAAD does not guarantee your company will not be placed near a competitor. TAAD is under no obligation to move an exhibitor’s booth to an alternate location due to dissatisfaction with any floor plan changes made after exhibitor’s booth has been selected. Further, TAAD reserves the right to reconfigure the floor plan and/or relocate any exhibit at any time.

  • Exhibit Space Payment

  • Early-bird rate is good through December 15, 2026. Fee increases $500 per booth on December 16, 2026. Please see page 6 of the 2027 Exhibits Prospectus for cancellation and refund policy.
  • Non-refundable. Must be a 2027 participating vendor. Limit one spot per company.
  • TAAD will assign time and place prior to the event.
  • By signing the Exhibit Contract and submitting payment, the exhibitor agrees to abide by the Rules and Regulations (found in the exhibits prospectus) and all amendments thereto, as well as all decisions made by Management.
